the AI for Her journey
I was growing tired of being the only woman in the room - be it meetings, executive briefings, or conferences. And on the flip side, I had hundreds of women reach out to me with the same question: 'How do I get a job in AI?'.

AI for Her started in 2019 out as an attempt to change that and create real opportunities for women in AI. What started as a small group of 10 has grown into a global community of more than 10K+ members within the first few months. I'm deeply proud of our journey and grateful for the incredible people who made it possible.
In 2024, we expanded our mission to make AI literacy accessible to everyone, building resources that empower AI-native thinking and help people confidently navigate the age of artificial intelligence.
